‘What is a Intercultural Communication Group’

In this group, same members’ i.e. International students and Japanese students meet once every week and talk about their cultural, cross- cultural experience and their daily thoughts in a very relaxed environment.

Through this Intercultural Communication Group…

  • One can be friends with students from Japan and around the world!
  • Can deepen the Intercultural understanding!
  • Mutually sharing the hints for success of student and International student’s life!
  • Cultivation of self motivation and cultural motivation!

Intercultural Communication Group

This group offers a space for students from diverse cultural backgrounds to come together on a regular basis and share about culture, intercultural experiences, student life, and personal ideas in a relaxed, small-group atmosphere.

Date & Time: October 29 – December 17, Wednesdays (7 sessions, except Nov. 26), 14:45-16:15

Venue: Room 206, International Center, Higashiyama Campus, Nagoya University

Languages: Mainly Japanese, with other languages also used. Students support each other through the conversations.

Who can join: Nagoya University students (domestic & international)

Capacity: 14 students. Registration is now open!
